Service description
Vantage provides AI-assisted SaaS discovery tools including market scanning, niche analysis, concept generation, validation tracking, and MVP planning. Outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse AI features, circumvent rate limits, or automate excessive requests
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights
- Attempt to access other users' data or compromise platform security
- Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
AI-generated content
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for validating ideas, conducting due diligence, and decisions you make based on platform content. We do not guarantee market outcomes or product success.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you create. Solopreneur Solutions retains ownership of the platform, branding, and underlying software. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email where appropriate.
